PJ Fragrancia offers a replacement guarantee only if the product received is damaged/defective.
• If you have received a defective product, send us images using our return center and we will get back to you. Customers are advised to first inspect the package and product carefully before taking the delivery. Please ensure that you shoot an 360 degree unboxing video while unwrapping the package. Ensure that the product is not damaged, tampered with or compromised.
Customers should also open the product box to verify that they have received the correct quantity of items as per their order.
Accepted Deliveries with Partial/Damaged/Tampered Orders
If the Customer accepts delivery of an order that is partial, damaged, tampered, or compromised in any way, they must provide:
i. A Negative POD Image;
ii. A 360-degree Unboxing Video, showing the clear label, outer packaging, and inner contents.
Note: No refunds will be issued for the partial, damaged, tampered, or compromised items originally shipped. The decision to accept or reject the claims are at the sole discretion of the company.
Accepted Deliveries without Documentation:
i. If the Customer accepts the delivery without providing a negative POD and does not submit a 360-degree unboxing video, the Company is not liable for any returns or refunds.
Timely Submission of Complaints
a. Complaint Submission: For any issues related to your order, email support@fraganote.com within 48 hours of delivery to request a resolution.
b. Responsibility After Delivery: The brand is not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery or is not clearly visible in the unboxing video.
Charges: Shipping and handling rates vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, and other considerations. These charges will be shown at checkout for review before completing payment.
Important Information Regarding Refunds:
Refund Policy for Returns: Under no circumstances will a refund be processed until the damaged or rejected item has been returned to our warehouse and inspected.
Dispute Resolution: In cases of conflict between the claims of the shipping partner and the customer, refunds will only be issued once the shipping partner formally acknowledges and accepts any claims of incorrect delivery.
This policy is in place to maintain accuracy, accountability, and quality assurance in our refund process.
• We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to.
• A refund will be initiated as soon as the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection. It should take place within the following 5-7 business days.
• A refund will be processed into your PJ Fragrancia shopping account as a voucher.
• We do not exchange products if the customer has ordered a wrong item.
• Kindly check the product & details at the checkout page to avoid inconvenience post delivery.
• Customers can raise a request within 48 Hours after an order has been delivered through our support center.
Exchanges-
Exchange is purely subject to product availability. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@pjfragrancia.com and send your item to : PJs Creations, Pune – 411048.
Cancellation Policy-
Once the product is ordered cannot be canceled, So kindly check the cart before placing the order.
Sale Items-
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Highly discounted items & Gift items cannot be replaced / refunded.
